During the workshop, they discussed the 7 Principles of Leading a Balanced Life.
1.) Do as much financially and physically to improve the situation
2.) Strive for good physical health
3.) Watch your stress level
4.) Maintain social contacts
5.) Seek out and join a support group
6.) Continue pursuing your own interests
7.) Do something for someone else; give back
